In 1987 the SUNSHINE AGENCY CAREGIVING SERVICE was established, and since that time, has worked to meet the needs of the growing older population. And very importantly the service has worked to promote positive living.
More and more senior citizens are finding themselves in very difficult situations. They want to stay at home, yet they are becoming more frail and less able to care for themselves.
For a frail elderly person, a caregiver may be the difference between self reliance and mere survival. The SUNSHINE AGENCY CAREGIVING SERVICE is the answer. The service is made up of certified home health aides, nurse aides, sitter companions, L.V.N. and R.N. Nurses who give the support needed to keep senior citizens with physical and emotional needs independent in their homes.
This program unites care providers and senior citizens in their homes to provide specialized care custom made to fit the needs of each individual.
Caregivers work with senior citizens in their homes to implement organizational assistance and improve quality of life, for independent living.
